Privacy policy
Your information, handled with care.
This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the rights you have under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

Who we are
Intertrade Consulting Services (BN 9606418), trading as Intertrade, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and in the course of our business. You can contact us at support@intertrade.com.ng or [PHONE].
What this website collects
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it has no database. The enquiry form does not send anything to us directly: it opens your own email app with your message filled in, and you decide whether to send it.
If you choose a dark or light theme, your browser remembers that choice on your own device. It is never sent to us.
What we collect when you contact us
- Your name and contact details (email, phone or WhatsApp number).
- Your business name, if you share it.
- Whatever you tell us about your project or enquiry.
We use this only to reply to you, prepare quotes and deliver the work you ask for. Our legal basis is your consent and, once we agree to work together, the performance of our contract with you.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. If your enquiry is about a Stackloom product, we may share the details needed to set up or support that product with Stackloom, which provides the software. We will tell you before we do. We may also use trusted service providers, such as our email and hosting providers, to run our business.
Some of these providers may store data outside Nigeria. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards allowed under the Act.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for up to two years, and client records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. After that we delete them.
Your rights
- Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Withdraw your consent or object to how we use it.
- Complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) if you are unhappy with how we have handled your data.
To use any of these rights, contact us at support@intertrade.com.ng. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
